Even though I’ve been working out on and off for the past months, I decided I’m gonna start working out more seriously and today is day one.
The deal is I don’t want to look so sickly and weak anymore so hopefully with exercise and the right intake of proteins/carbs/fats I will be able to achieve a more healthy and lean muscle toned look. I’m not trying to lose any more...
